Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website or send us an enquiry. It describes what this site actually does — not a generic template — including every third party your browser contacts while you are here.
1. Who is responsible for your data
This website advertises Sei Saadiyat, a residential development by Aldar Properties. It is operated by an independent property brokerage. We are not Aldar Properties, and Aldar is not responsible for this website.
· ADREC / ORN permit
You can reach us about anything in this policy by phone or WhatsApp on our published number, or by email at .
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form, request a call back, or talk to the assistant on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number, including the country code you select
- Your email address
- The budget range you choose, where the form asks for it
- Your preferred time to be called, on the call-back form
- Anything else you choose to type into a message field or into the assistant
We ask for these because we cannot send you prices, floor plans and availability without a way to reach you.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us — the advertising parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the click identifiers used by advertising platforms (Google's gclid, gbraid and wbraid; Meta's fbclid; Microsoft's msclkid; TikTok's ttclid)
- The page you arrived on and the website that referred you
- Your browser's time zone and language — used to pre-select your country dialling code so you do not have to, and to decide whether you must be asked for cookie consent
- Your IP address and browser user agent — seen by our hosting provider in its server logs, and sent to Meta with advertising events if you have consented (see section 5)
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry — to send prices, floor plans, availability and the payment plan, and to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about this development. Basis: the steps you asked us to take before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To understand which advertising works — to know which campaign or ad produced an enquiry, so we do not waste money on advertising that does not. Basis: your consent where consent is required (see section 5), otherwise our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising.
- To keep records of enquiries we have received and responded to.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with other brokerages, list brokers, or anyone building marketing lists.
4. Who your information is shared with
These are the only third parties involved, and exactly what each one receives:
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Web3Forms | Your full enquiry | Delivers it to our inbox as an email |
| Google (Apps Script & Sheets) | Your full enquiry | Records it in our own private spreadsheet so nothing is lost |
| Meta | That an enquiry happened, plus your email and phone number irreversibly scrambled (hashed) before sending, your IP address and browser | Measures which advertising produced enquiries. Only with your consent where consent is required |
| Google Tag Manager | Page views and interactions | Manages our measurement tags |
| Mapbox | Your IP address, when the map loads | Serves the satellite map imagery |
| Esri | Your IP address, only if Mapbox is unavailable | Backup map imagery |
| Hostinger | Standard server log data | Hosts this website |
Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google Fonts, so no font request identifies you to a third party.
We may also share your enquiry with Aldar Properties or its authorised sales channels where that is necessary to reserve a unit for you, confirm availability, or complete a purchase you have asked us to progress.
5. Cookies, storage and your consent
If your browser's time zone indicates you are in the UK, the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, no advertising or measurement technology loads until you press Accept on the banner at the bottom of the page. Until then, Google Consent Mode is set to denied and the Meta pixel is not loaded at all. If you press Decline, none of it loads and nothing is sent to Meta — including from our server.
Declining never affects your enquiry. The form still submits, the email still reaches us, and we still reply. You simply are not counted in our advertising measurement.
Elsewhere, including the UAE, measurement loads on arrival, as local law permits.
| Stored item | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| sei_consent | This site | Remembers your Accept or Decline so you are not asked again | Until you clear your browser storage |
| sei_attr | This site | Remembers which advertisement brought you here, so an enquiry can be credited to it | Until you close the tab |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta | Links an enquiry to the advertisement that produced it | Up to 90 days |
| Google measurement cookies | Measures traffic and advertising performance | Varies, typically up to 2 years |
The first two are stored in your browser only and are never sent to anyone else.
6. The assistant on this site
The chat assistant answers questions from a fixed set of information about this development, held inside the page itself. Your questions are not sent to any external AI service. If you choose to leave your contact details in the chat, they are treated exactly like a form enquiry and go to the destinations listed in section 4.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries — while we are in contact with you, and for up to three years afterwards, so we can recognise you if you return and to keep records of transactions. Tell us to delete them sooner and we will.
- Advertising measurement — held by Meta and Google under their own retention periods, linked above.
- Server logs — kept by our host for a short period for security and diagnostics.
8. Where your information goes
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. The services in section 4 are operated by companies based in the United States and Europe, so your information will be transferred outside your country and outside the UAE. Those companies rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards for those transfers.
9. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your details
- Stop contacting you, at any time, for any reason or none
- Stop using your data for advertising measurement
If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to request your data in a portable format, and to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in the UAE, the Personal Data Protection Law gives you equivalent rights.
Ask by phone, WhatsApp or email using the contact details in section 1. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not make it difficult or ask you to justify yourself.
10. Children
This site is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
11. Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections to the services listed above. Personal details sent to Meta are hashed before they leave our server, so Meta never receives a readable email address or phone number from us. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not pretend otherwise.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we use existing data will be brought to your attention rather than quietly published.
13. Accuracy of what is advertised
Images on this website are artist's impressions. Prices, availability, unit sizes, payment plans and completion dates are set by the developer and may change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract.
